Nuport Cebu design
Creating the first of its kind, World Class Mega Yacht Marina in the Philippines would be ideally located in the bay area of Cebu city south and attract a new type of tourism client to the region. Nuport Cebu would be a unique and exceptionally large capacity 1-kilometre-long marina extending over the bay from the Nustar Resort and Casino covering across the entire front of both SM seaside and the new SM Arena development in Cebu City South to SRP tower. The Nuport marina would also compliment the entire area and become a main focal point in the high-end market. Proposed to be funded by private investment it has been in the hands of local officials since being presented in November 2023.
Our design
Nuport Marina Cebu design includes: -
• The Creation of Cebu’s first Super/Mega/Giga Yacht capable Marina
• Key infrastructure to further enhance the appeal of Cebu in the world stage.

As if the marina project was not enough, we proudly also introduced our vision to create a true iCon building.
To Build A World’s First & Truly Unique Super Cruise Ship Port Terminal
This truly exciting and World Class leading proposal includes the creation of Cebu’s first Cruise Ship Super Port and terminal centre which would be an essential step forward in tourism and development for the entire region within a desirable, modern and vibrant area which will also secure Cebu as the world leading location for both the travel industry and training facilities within the cruise ship industry.
Our plan includes the Creation of a World-Class ICON designed building which will not only serve Cebu as its first and essential Super Cruise Port Harbour but will also offer a unique multifunctional building which will include THE WORLDS FIRST, and unique full scale live training centre for cruise ship staff in virtually every department ensuring the Philippines is then to be known as a world leader in training staff for the cruise ship industry. Below is a mock up version of our proposal that would see a live cruise ship resort port, with accommodation, full hospitality training and so much more…
While our preferred vision for the Icon is in Cebu south, we are also actively looking at alternative locations within the Philippines, as we feel development of the iCon project simply is a must.

• The first full scale Cruise Ship Port design of its kind in the World which will service even the largest Super Cruise Ship arrivals and departures for cruise passengers.
• A Worlds First Cruise ship industry full scale LIVE staff training centre located in Cebu which will facilitate Live training across multiple departments within the cruise industry.
• World leading unique live training centre with operational hotel and resort facilities.
• Commercial space within the ICON Building for shops, restaurants & bars.
• Condominium development offering small, and large-scale unique accommodation.
• Office space to include availability for further cruise industry training and call centres.
